Great my friend, one of the most creative reflective photos i have seen lately. Did you partly desature it (i mean the feet)? i would use a different framing (darker colours and a bit smaller border)
But the pic itself is great, you caught the right moment.

Incredible work here. The scene is amazingly simple, but more effective and powerful than 99% of the shots I see. Even without the select coloring, I think the actions would've been quite clear. We have the guide/leader/speaker taking his role amongst the crowd, and then almost as an afterthought, we have the crowd itself. There submissive and unimportant nature is further noted with their position in the frame.

Love it.
